Appointments can be booked directly through our website or by contacting us. Fees for services will be clearly stated at the time of booking. All payments are due at or before the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to practitioner availability or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed unless a service was paid for but not delivered.
